Business Boost FAQs

Q. What is Business Boost?

The Business Boost is an employee engagement program of Give BIG Green Bay. It offers local businesses a way to highlight their commitment to community philanthropy while inspiring and empowering employees and stakeholders to give back. Your employees can support the causes they care about, discover new ones, and spark friendly competition — all to benefit the community.

Q. What does it mean to participate in the Business Boost?

Business Boost participants are local companies who choose to support the community during Give BIG Green Bay by setting up a custom business profile on the GiveBIGgreenbay.org website. This profile allows each company to showcase their logo, mission, and commitment to the community.

Companies can set fundraising goals, participation goals or simply use the day to promote a culture of giving back.

Participants are provided a variety of engagement tools to encourage their employees to learn about and support any of the 50 participating nonprofits during the 24-hour giving day. When giving a gift, your employees will be able to select your company name at checkout. Their donation will then appear on your company’s profile page and will count toward your goal for the event. Goals can be based on either a dollar amount or a percentage of employee participation. To see this page in action, click here.
